“There’s nothing about milk. Humans are the only animal that drinks other animals’ milk. No other animal drinks milk after three months. Calves don’t drink milk after three months. Animals don’t drink other animals’ milk,” explains the chef.
Portuguese soccer players love avocados and fresh fish, and usually opt for high-protein, low-fat foods such as chicken. He also includes salads, whole grains like quinoa, and fresh fruit in his daily meals. His favorite dish is grilled cod.
“At the beginning of breakfast, he has avocado, coffee and eggs, without any sugar. For lunch, he usually eats chicken, fish and always vegetables. If he needs carbohydrates, he gets them from vegetables, so he doesn’t need anything made from flour. He doesn’t need pasta, bread or any other kind of food. At night he eats something light, usually fish or a fillet of meat, always with vegetables,” Giorgio Barone said.

Cristiano Ronaldo, who has completely eliminated soft drinks, will join Erling Haaland’s diet.
