After the match, coach Alvaro Arbeloa sent a reassuring message regarding Asensio’s health. “He seems to have some problem with his neck, but it doesn’t seem to be serious,” the Real Madrid coach said.

Asensio was treated for more than five minutes by Real Madrid’s medical staff after colliding with teammate Camavinga on the Bernabéu pitch before having to leave the pitch on a stretcher.
