TThe apple doesn’t fall far from the tree: Cristiano Ronaldo’s eldest son has time and again surprised football fans by demonstrating that his performances are at a very high level.
But just in case there was any doubt, Cristiano Jr. provided further proof that he is worthy of succeeding his father during training with the Portuguese national team.
The legacy continues
Although he is still in his formative stages and his journey has just begun, it is clear that CR7’s eldest son has followed in his footsteps. Rather than limiting Cristiano Jr. to living in or in the shadow of his father, the 15-year-old proved that he has great talent in his own right.
Recently, a video of “Cristian Niño” went viral on X, highlighting his technical ability and control of the ball with both feet when receiving or passing to teammates.
Soccer fans who saw the video were quick to react to the play of the eldest son of “El Bicho”, commenting:
“Talent is genetic, so it should be illegal,” said one of them.
“The Kid is making some serious moves, just as his dad thinks he might be able to break the record too,” one person commented.
“Talent clearly runs in the family. The future in football is bright,” a third follower wrote.
Another user said: “This kid has the skills. Clubs will be keeping an eye on him.”
Throughout his sporting career, Cristiano Jr. has played in the youth teams of his father’s clubs, including Manchester United, and now in the Saudi Arabian League with Al Nasr.
He has also been called up to Portugal’s youth team, ensuring that the Ronaldo dynasty will continue for some time to come.
The truth is, from an early age, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. was surrounded by discipline, hard work, a competitive spirit and the values inherited from his father, which are clearly reflected in his playing style.
He learned about positioning on the field, coordinating with teammates, and reading space to be a real threat to opponents, and he did it with great attitude. Moreover, he has shown competitive spirit, discipline and passion, which will undoubtedly provide a solid foundation on which to build a bright future in football.
Meanwhile, his father and Al Nasr will face Al Fateh on Saturday, February 14th at the Prince Abdullah Bin Jarawi Stadium. This match marks the player’s return to the club after he missed the games against Al Riyadh and Al Ittihad after ending his strike against the Public Investment Fund (PIF). He also did not feature in Wednesday’s win over FK Arcadag, but his absence was linked to the coaching staff’s decision not to call him up and his lack of appeal.
