Lionel Messi is not usually someone who enjoys giving interviews, much less talking about his personal life on camera. However, in an interview published by the Argentine streaming channel Luzu, the Inter Miami forward surprised everyone by talking about literally everything, even commenting on how he would like to remain involved with football even when the time comes for him to retire.
The classic question usually asked of older players is what they will do when they retire from football, but in this case Messi was very clear about his preferences, excluding becoming a football coach or following in the footsteps of Diego Armando Maradona, who coached Argentina’s national team at the World Cup.
