Javier Hernandez’s New York visit fuels speculation
Chicharito uploaded a short video on his Instagram account called “My journey without coffee.” In it, the Mexican is apparently happy and calm in the United States and goes off in search of a very famous coffee shop in New York City.
On the way to the coffee shop, Hernandez stopped to buy a phone case and socks. When he arrived at the store, a Chivas del Guadalajara fan asked for a photo and a security guard also recognized him. The soccer player agreed to take a photo and headed straight to the coffee shop.
At the end of the video, Javier Hernandez ends up finding a coffee shop and trying a $0 coffee just by leaving a positive review at the coffee shop, and concludes the blog, but he never mentions that his visit is for sporting purposes with an MLS club, as many media outlets have hinted on his arrival in the big city.

Chicharito Hernandez enjoys New York, revives rumors of MLS return
Chicharito’s visit to New York has garnered attention and fans of the former World Cup player have not stopped speculating about possible interest from MLS teams, especially New York Red Bulls and New York City FC, two clubs from the American city.

So far, there is no official information confirming any negotiations or formal contact between these clubs and the former Guadalajara player, but there is no doubt that Javier’s return to MLS has raised some eyebrows among Mexican fans who are hoping that he will have better luck in football with his next club.
