TOmar Bravo’s alleged aggravated child sexual abuse of minors continues to make headlines. In an interview with Azucena Uresti (Grupo Formula), the lawyer of the alleged victim gave a candid answer after being accused of “immorality” for presenting “false” evidence.
At a hearing last week, the judge in charge of the case ruled that the historic former footballer of Chivas de Guadalajara should be served in the case with six months of preventive detention for allegedly sexually abusing his stepdaughter for six years. The victims collected videos and photos documenting the abuse and threats they suffered between the ages of 11 and 17.

Leobardo Trevino says ‘money was involved’ in Omar Bravo case
Another claim made by Trevino is that behind the aggravated child molestation charges is the billionaire’s debt to Omar Bravo, the victim’s alleged uncle. In this regard, Juan Soltero considered it “despicable” to try to defile a minor. This issue caused a lot of reactions and divided opinions on social networks.
In a second response, Soltero reiterated that in this particular case, there is evidence in addition to the victim’s version. He threatened to request an extraction of the data held by the phone company in response to defense questioning, which said some of this evidence had been “redacted.” This would give them access to the full conversations the Chivas legend allegedly had with minors.
The former footballer will now go on trial in the coming months for crimes he committed against his stepdaughter over a period of at least six years. The investigation file contained a video and 42 screenshots taken as evidence of the attack allegedly carried out by the former Chivas Rayadas del Guadalajara player.
