Chicago Sky forward Angel Lease has joined athlete-led media and commerce company Togethxr as part of the owning group.
The move places the 23-year-olds alongside co-founders Sue Bird, Alex Morgan, Simone Manuel and Chloe Kim, and has recently added, including golf champion Michelle Wee West.

Founded in 2021, TogethXR was created to highlight and expand the vision of women in sports. The company’s strategy combines original storytelling, advocacy and branded products under the widely recognized slogan “Everyone sees women’s sports.”
In just a few years, it has established itself as a major platform within the women’s sports movement, driving both cultural influence and commercial growth.
Building influence beyond the courts
Reese described her entry into the group as an opportunity to work with women who not only have great athleticism but also break business and media barriers.
She emphasized that her role was not to replace works already established by the founders of Togethxr, but to contribute to new ideas and perspectives to strengthen its mission.
The company recently expanded its partnership to increase visibility. Earlier this year, they launched a jersey collaboration with Nike, securing a contract with London City Lioness, a professional UK women’s soccer team.
These moves reflect Togtexlu’s commitment to blending sport with culture and consumer engagement. With the appointment of longtime media executive Nancy Dabook as executive chair in 2025, the reported revenues exceeded $30 million and highlighted its ambition to expand further by 2024, exceeding more than $6 million in product sales.
In the case of Lease, participating in TogethXR represents both personal and professional milestones. She will also become the face of a limited edition unisex jersey produced under the company’s label, combining her athleticism with her growing presence.
Reese faces tests in her WNBA career
