Tottenham have wasted no time in the summer transfer window, with five players already agreed to sign. Spurs have already announced the signings of Andy Robertson, Marcos Senesi, Jan Paul van Hecke and Matheus Fernandes, and are currently considering a £92.5m move for Sandro Tonali.

However, Tottenham are not going to stop there, with the North Londoners looking to add fresh faces to various departments of the team. To that end, Express Sport has selected seven players Tottenham could target in the remainder of the summer transfer window.

James Trafford’s season since joining Manchester City last summer has been shaken up by the arrival of Gianluigi Donnarumma. As such, the Independent reports that Spurs are keeping an eye on the shot-stopper, with some suggesting he could be on the move again this summer.

Speaking of City players, Tottenham registered an interest in Savignho last summer, but a deal fell through. It has been suggested that Tottenham could sign a winger to strengthen their attacking options.

Speaking of which, Rafael Leao is said to be a player that Spurs are said to be coveting, with the AC Milan ace thought to be available for a move this summer. The Serie A team has spent a lot of money on Gonzalo Ramos and may have to raise money by selling players. Leo’s move to the Premier League has been rumored for some time, with Chelsea and Manchester United also being named in the past.

Then there’s Eli Junior Crupi, who has shone in a Bournemouth shirt since joining the Cherries. Although he is still young, Bournemouth are reportedly demanding a transfer fee of close to £100m, and Spurs are said to be considering whether a deal is possible.

If that proves too expensive, Crisencio Somerville could be the ideal budget-friendly option for Spurs. Somerville, who already signed Fernandes from relegated West Ham, could be the next Hammers player to attract Tottenham’s attention, with GIVEMESPORT reporting that the Dutch international has been named as an option.

Alternatively, a cheaper option could be found in the form of Marcus Rashford. It looked like he was going to sign a permanent contract with Barcelona, but that fell through and he was forced to look for a new club again. There is talk that his contract includes a £40m clause which is available to any Premier League club apart from City and Liverpool.

Finally, everyone loves a breakout star at the World Cup and feels Folarin Balogun could be the biggest star of the year. The striker played for the USA national team, and despite being sent off in the tie in the round of 32, he still maintains some level of fame. According to reports from France, the forward is attracting attention from PSG as well as Chelsea and Spurs.
