Bradley Barcola has been linked with Liverpool and Arsenal, with a big update regarding the Paris Saint-Germain star’s future revealed.
Paris Saint-Germain star Bradley Barcola has reportedly announced his intention to leave the club this summer, giving a big boost to the likes of Liverpool and Arsenal. Barcola has played a key role in PSG’s Champions League titles in each of the past two seasons, but faces an uncertain future ahead of the summer transfer window.
Liverpool and Arsenal are said to be interested in signing Barcola this summer ahead of the start of the new Premier League season.
The France international played 49 games for PSG last season, scoring 13 goals in all competitions, including two in the Champions League.
According to a report from talkSPORT, Barcora has requested a move from PSG this summer, with Liverpool and Arsenal currently on the alert.
PSG are reported to value Barcola at around £60m, with reports earlier in the week suggesting the Ligue 1 giants were open to letting the 23-year-old leave Parc des Princes this summer.
The versatile forward is contracted to PSG until the summer of 2028, so the player and the club may have to make a decision on his future this summer.
Reports have mentioned that both Liverpool and Arsenal are interested in signing Barcola, but it is unclear at this stage which club has the advantage.
PSG manager Luis Enrique made it clear last year that he preferred Barcola to remain at the club.

“What’s the future of Bradley Barcola? There’s no question he’ll continue to be one of our players,” he said.
“We like the fact that our players are interesting to other clubs, but he is one of the young players we are looking forward to. I expect him to play here for many more years.”
Barcola is not the only wide forward to be linked with Liverpool in the summer transfer window, with RB Leipzig star Yann Diomande also frequently mentioned as a potential target.
Liverpool also need to build a squad for new manager Andoni Iraola, who replaced Arne Slott in the Anfield dugout earlier this month.
Arsenal are believed to be in the market for new forwards this summer, with Bournemouth star Eli Junior Crupi and Aston Villa playmaker Morgan Rodgers listed as players to watch for the Gunners.
