Manchester City drew 3-3 away at Everton on Monday, dropping points in the Premier League title race, but the players who partied together the following night were in good spirits.
Manchester City’s stars, past and present, were out until the early hours of Wednesday morning to attend the leaving parties for Bernardo Silva and John Stones. Many City players have been spotted with their wives and girlfriends at Lewes Nightclub in the city centre.
The party started just 24 hours after City lost to a 3-3 draw away at Everton on Monday, but a late comeback could have been much worse. The draw leaves them five points behind Arsenal in the Premier League title race, but Pep Guardiola’s side still have a game in hand against the Gunners.
But Tuesday night was a celebration of the careers of Silva and Stones, who will leave the Etihad Stadium at the end of the season. Their contracts expire in June, and there are no plans to sign a new contract.
Stones, who has been with the team for a long time now, will bid farewell to City after 10 years. Silva, on the other hand, is leaving after nine years of winning trophies in Manchester.

According to the Mail, the stars gathered for the party, which started at 8pm and lasted five and a half hours. The last person in the group is said to have left at 1:30am.
It is unclear whether they attended title rivals Arsenal. At the same time, Arsenal defeated Atletico Madrid and booked their place in the Champions League final.
Phil Foden and his wife Rebecca Cook were among those who appeared to see Silva and the Stones off. Foden was joined by former teammate Kyle Walker, who now plays for Burnley.
Foden and Cook, wearing blue baseball jackets and blue jeans, reportedly left the venue just before 10 p.m. England international Marc Gehi, wearing a brown jacket and black trousers, was sent off shortly after.

Star striker Erling Haaland was accompanied by his girlfriend Isabel Hausen-Johansen, who was not spotted by the cameras. The couple are said to have hid in the back seat of their £400,000 Maybach Mercedes S-Class to avoid being photographed.
Silva was given a ride home by club and country teammate Ruben Dias in a Lamborghini Urus 4×4, even though his apartment was only 150 meters away.
After the other players left the dumpster, they left the nightclub in a dark van. Mateo Kovacic also attended with his wife Isabel.
Rodri, James Trafford, Nathan Ake, Matheus Nunez, Abdukkodir Kusanov, Nico Gonzalez, Tijani Rejnders, Rayan Ait Nouri and Marcus Bettinelli were also in attendance. However, the Stones were not in the photo.
Kayleigh Ake shared some insight about the party on Instagram. Her photo showed a bottle of champagne and a list of cocktails named after Silva and the Stones.
It wasn’t just the players who were there. Kolo Toure, a member of Guardiola’s coaching staff, was also seen at the venue.
