Hall, who appeared on the hit show while dating Chloe Lewis, was found in a pool of blood with severe head injuries caused by broken glass. It is understood he had gone out to celebrate but returned to continue the evening at a rented property. The fashion designer represented clubs such as Grays Athletic and Boston United throughout his career, and both clubs expressed their condolences following the heartbreaking news.
“Grey’s Athletic is deeply saddened to receive the news that former player Jake Hall has tragically passed away while on holiday in Mallorca,” his former club said.
“The club would like to send its deepest sympathies to Jake’s family and friends at this very difficult time. Rest in peace Jake.”
Boston United added: “Rest in peace, Jake. You were with us for only a short time but your presence put a spotlight on the club. That goal against Tamworth will always be remembered by us. Our thoughts go out to your family and friends.”
After the incident, four men and two women who were believed to have been staying at the facility were also questioned by police.
Police were called to the speech venue in Santa Margarida at 7:30 a.m. local time, and an autopsy is expected to be carried out while private security continues to investigate.
A police source said, “We are focusing on the theory that the victim died in a tragic accident after hitting his head on a glass door, but it is still too early to say for sure what happened.”
After Hall’s death, he is survived by a daughter. The reality star had a child with Miss Beqiri in November 2017, but they separated shortly after getting engaged in May 2018.
In a statement to the Mirror, Miss Misse’s representatives said: “At this time Miss Misse’s focus is on supporting and protecting her children as they come to terms with this devastating loss.
“The family requests privacy, compassion and respect while they grieve privately.”
Hall appeared on TOWIE between series 14 and 17 before deciding to focus on fashion brands. He ran a men’s clothing brand with the philosophy that “fashion is more than just good clothes. It’s art.”
TOWIE released a statement following his death, saying: “Jake was a long-standing member of the TOWIE family and we would like to send our deepest sympathies to his family and friends on today’s very sad news.”
