Alejandro Garnacho has had a slow start to life at Chelsea following his £40m move from Manchester United, but has dropped potential hints as to what his future could be.
Chelsea star Alejandro Garnacho has removed all references to his current team Chelsea from his TikTok following hints he could leave the club. The Argentine only joined the Blues in the summer following a £40 million move from Premier League rivals Manchester United.
However, the 21-year-old Garnacho had a difficult debut season at Stamford Bridge, scoring just one Premier League goal despite scoring a further seven goals in other competitions.
The former Atletico Madrid youngster signed a seven-year contract with Chelsea after his move from Old Trafford, but his social media activity suggests he may not be planning on staying for very long.
Garnacho has deleted all posts mentioning Chelsea from his official TikTok account, but the only ones that remain are from his time at United. The winger also re-shared a highlight compilation made by fans from his time at Old Trafford.

Garnacho’s social media activity comes after he admitted he was “hurt” by his departure from his former club. Speaking to Premier League Productions, he said:
“They gave me confidence from Spain from the beginning and took me to the academy and then to the first team. So it took about four or five years, but there was great love from the fans, the stadium, everyone, everything was really good.
“Sometimes you have to change for the sake of life or for the next step. I have only fond memories of Man United.”
He added: “I remember that in the last six months I couldn’t play as much as I used to at Manchester United. I started sitting on the bench, which is not a bad thing. I was only 20 years old, but in my mind I felt like I had to play every game.”
“In my mind, I think maybe it’s me too. I started doing bad things. But yeah, it’s just this moment in life and sometimes you have to make decisions and I’m really proud to be here with a club like this and still in the Premier League.”
“Everyone knows our team and what we’re capable of. Sometimes there are good moments and sometimes there are bad moments. I’m proud to be here, but as for United, there’s nothing wrong to say to anyone at the club or to my team-mates. It’s only moments in life that change and life goes on. I have no regrets.”
Garnacho has been linked with a move to South America in recent weeks after leaving United, with Boca Juniors reportedly one of the teams interested in signing him on loan.
