Spurs’ Premier League campaign concludes with an away game against Everton on May 24th.
Club captain Cristian Romero declared all seven matches finals and insisted he would give “200%” to every match.
Romero said, “It’s a difficult day for everyone, but first I want to talk about my fans. Thank you for today and for always being with me.”
“They gave us great support but it’s a bad day for us. It’s over and the most important thing is to understand the situation.
“It’s not easy, but the most important thing is to reach the national team and be back here for the last seven finals.
“I promise to give 200% to everything. It’s not easy for me, but we all have to stick together. Bad day, yes, but here we go again.”
Sunday’s win leaves Nottingham Forest three points clear of the relegation zone, while Leeds are in 15th place, four points behind West Ham.
