Finnish basketball player Lauri Markkanen, currently an NBA star with the Utah Jazz, is the younger brother of soccer player Eero Markkanen, who played under Zidane at Real Madrid Castilla in the 2014-2015 season.
Eero Markkanen (34) currently plays in Finland’s PK-35.
They are the sons of former professional player and Finnish national team player Pekka, who played in the NCAA for the University of Kansas and CB San Josep de Badalona.
