Spurs consider firing Tudor
Spurs have also been in the news for considering a replacement for Igor Tudor, with speculation ramping up that the Croatian could leave immediately, just weeks after taking over as interim head coach.
Roberto De Zerbi, Edin Terzic, Robbie Keane and former Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino could also be options.
“He is understood to have an interest in Manchester United and is keen to take the job at Old Trafford, and is already on the shortlist to decide who will be the next permanent head coach.
“Spurs have shown interest in De Zerbi in the past, but there have also been discussions about bringing back Mauricio Pochettino, who will only be used after America’s participation in the World Cup ends, and former Spurs striker Robbie Keane, who is head coach of Hungarian club Ferencvaros. The Irishman ultimately wants to manage in the Premier League.
“Another option is Edin Terzic, who led Borussia Dortmund to the Champions League final, but he could move elsewhere this summer and there are a number of approaches he seems to have taken.”
Trabzonspor doesn’t pay Onana
Manchester United may find it difficult to replace Andre Onana in the summer, as they believe he will be given the opportunity to compete with Senne Lamence for a starting spot.
Further complicating matters, according to the Mirror, Trabzonspor will not pay the around £40m United paid for the Cameroonian stopper at Internazionale.
“Onana has made 21 appearances for the Super Lig side so far this season, but there are no plans to meet United’s asking price of £40m to £43m this summer.
“Onana is determined to fight for United’s No. 1 spot next season and has recently suggested he believes he will be given that opportunity.”
Vusković is Barça’s target
Barcelona and Bayern Munich are keen to sign Tottenham Hotspur youngster Luka Vuskovic.
The 19-year-old Croatian central defender has impressed at Bundesliga side Hamburger SV since joining on loan earlier this season.
“The Catalan team have joined Bayern Munich in signing North London teenage star Luka Vusković.
“The Croatian defender is yet to make a top-flight appearance for the club since joining from Hajduk Split for around £12 million last summer.
“However, a month later he was loaned to Hamburger SV in the Bundesliga, where he did well this season.
“Vuskowicz, who turned 19 in February, has already attracted the attention of league leaders Bayern Munich.”
Lingard could extend his stay at Corinthians
According to The Athletic, Jesse Lingard’s contract with Brazilian club Corinthians could be extended until the end of this season.
The 33-year-old left FC Seoul last year and was looking for a new team.
“The 33-year-old has signed a contract until the end of the 2026 season, with an option for a further year if certain criteria are met. Brazil’s Serie A is played from January to December.
“Lingard has been a free agent since leaving South Korean club FC Seoul at the end of last year.
“Lingard, a former West Ham United and Nottingham Forest player, spent 21 months in the K-League, scoring 18 goals and providing 10 assists in 66 games for the FC Seoul side, while regularly wearing the captain’s armband.”
