Brentford have announced that head coach Keith Andrews has signed a new contract that will keep him with the Bees until 2032 after a successful start to his managerial career.
Brentford have signed Keith Andrews to a new six-year contract in recognition of his brilliant first team performance at the G Tech Community Stadium.
Some eyebrows were raised when the Bees announced that Andrews, 45, would be stepping up from Thomas Frank’s coaching staff to replace the highly-respected Dane, who was snapped up by Tottenham in the summer. However, Andrews performed admirably in his first senior management role, leaving fans with dreams of Europe.
Andrews currently has Brentford seventh in the Premier League table, just five points behind neighboring Chelsea in fifth place.
Under Andrews’ leadership, Brentford are on pace to surpass their all-time record for points in the Premier League (59) and will face West Ham in the fifth round of the FA Cup.

Brentford’s director of football, Phil Giles, praised Andrews for the “outstanding” work he has done since taking over in June, and revealed that his term currently runs until 2032 and it was always the club’s intention to back him on new terms when the time is right.
“When Keith took this job last summer, he signed a three-year contract, but it was always the intention to review this at the earliest opportunity,” Giles said.
“Given our progress this season, we are really pleased to have been able to agree an extension within the first nine months.
“Keith is doing a great job, the team is playing well, and everything we thought we could improve on this season has improved.
“He is a really good fit for the club and our way of working as he is able to bring out the best in both players and staff.
“Everyone at Brentford will be delighted to hear that Keith will be with us for many years to come and we are excited about what we can all achieve together in the coming seasons.”
