Thomas Frank is in serious danger of losing his job as Tottenham manager after Spurs’ defeat at home to rivals West Ham on Saturday.
Thomas Frank is fighting to keep his job as Tottenham manager. Spurs are determined to give Frank every chance of success, but there are growing concerns within the club about the outcome.
This leaves Mr Frank at serious risk, with his future believed to have been discussed at board level.
Frank hopes to remain in charge for Tottenham’s Champions League clash with Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday night, but that game is a big one for the underdog manager.
Tottenham have won just one of their last eight games and fans turned on him after Saturday’s home defeat to West Ham, chanting “you’re sacked this morning”.

Frank maintained after the match that he remained supported by the club hierarchy and was determined to turn the situation around.
But a fan protest before Saturday’s game further intensified the protests against the Dane, who has been in the job for just seven months.
Tottenham chief executive Vinay Venkatesham was at the club’s training ground on Sunday morning amid increased scrutiny of Frank.
Venkatesham wrote an open letter to his fans, stressing that he is sticking to his long-term plans and wants to improve his engagement with fans, which was published on Saturday’s show.
Supporters have made their views clear, but it is a major concern, especially since even season ticket holders have to buy their own seats at Champions League matches.
Borussia Dortmund’s match could serve as a barometer while they face a difficult away trip to Burnley next Saturday.
