Meanwhile, Mount relived his infamous prank on England teammate Declan Rice, and revealed shortly afterwards that his attempt at revenge from the Arsenal man had failed.

“I think it’s probably (Andres) Iniesta,” the United man said. “An absolute icon of football. Technically it’s unbelievable. They were unbeatable in that era.”
Golf content creator Rick Shields may have come up with a new idea for the series after asking which Premier League football teams have the best golfers.
“You couldn’t bet against us,” Mount answered confidently. “That would be me, H. Maguire, Senne (Lamence) and Tom Heaton.
“I think we’re unbeatable in the league. Let’s set up a little tournament on our channel and get all the Premier League teams involved and see who comes out on top. That’s a great channel idea.”
After telling United captain Bruno Fernandes that his best moment at the club was winning the FA Cup (Mount’s first domestic trophy) against Manchester City in 2024, close friend Declan Rice asked him if he had ever seen Mount do worse than when he scared a sleeping Arsenal player in 2019.
The video of Ms Rice screaming after Mount woke her up while they were on vacation went viral after it was widely shared on social media.
For Mount, it remained number one, revealing Rice’s attempt at revenge had failed.
“Honestly, I don’t think we’ll ever be able to beat this,” Mount said. “His response is unbeatable and it gets reposted every year.
“He actually tried to hit back at me in the England camp not long after I scared him. I was walking into the room and I thought something was wrong.
“He somehow got into my room before I got in, and was hiding under the bed, but his legs were sticking out, and when I came in, he started laughing. ‘Come on, you’re better than that.’ I don’t get it! His attempt is probably the worst.”
