The Premier League produced another week full of goals and exciting drama.

The 15th leg started at Villa Park, and Unai Emery’s Aston Villa surprised league leaders Arsenal with Emi Buendia’s winning goal in added time.
Manchester City then closed the gap at the top of the table to two points with an impressive 3-0 victory over Sunderland at the Etihad Stadium.
Liverpool also suffered late heartbreak at Elland Road as Leeds United rescued a point from a dramatic 3-3 draw, but the match was all but forgotten following Mohamed Salah’s bombshell interview afterwards.
Mikel Arteta’s side have a golden chance to fight back when the Gunners welcome bottom of the table Wolverhampton Wanderers to the Emirates Stadium on Saturday night, and you can follow every minute of the match live on TNT Sports and Discovery+.
Rob Edwards’ side are yet to win a league game this season, suffering a 4-1 defeat at the hands of Manchester United on Monday.

If recent gameweeks have shown us anything, it’s that difference is the key to success for FPL teams.

It is also important to note that if you used all your previous transfers, you will be allocated 5 free transfers. You cannot have more than 5 transfers, so you must use at least one transfer this week. Otherwise, the transfer will be lost.

So, ahead of another big weekend, here are three players who could make a big difference for your FPL team.

The categories are:

Player 1: Up to 10% ownershipPlayer 2: Up to 5% ownershipPlayer 3: Up to 2% ownership

Before we start, please note that the deadline for Gameweek 16 is Saturday 13th December at 13:30 UK time.

1. Keenan Dewsbury-Hall, £5.1m (midfielder, Everton, 7.9%)

It is surprising to think that Keenan Dewsbury Hall’s ownership in FPL is less than 10%.

The Everton midfielder has been in great form of late, missing just once in his last five Premier League appearances.

In this form, he scored three goals and recorded two assists, earning a total of seven bonus points in the process.

The midfielder will have extra motivation ahead of this weekend’s game as Everton travel to his former club Chelsea on Saturday afternoon.

Dewsbury-Hall only started two Premier League games for the Blues last season as his minutes were limited in the UEFA Conference League.

Chelsea have failed to win in their last four games in all competitions and Dewsbury Hall will be keen to deliver yet another disastrous result at Stamford Bridge.

2. Rayan Cherki, £6.4m (midfielder, Man City, 3.9%)

Rayan Cherki is starting to establish himself at Manchester City.

After scoring on his Premier League debut in the season opener, the France international was sidelined for two months with a thigh injury.

The attacking midfielder has bounced back from that setback and is enjoying his football under Josep Guardiola. He has only been blanked once in his past four league appearances.

Cherki put in a remarkable performance as City handily defeated Sunderland, with the former Lyon star taking 12 FPL points following an unforgettable rabona assist for Phil Foden.

With City returning to England following their 2-1 win over Real Madrid, Cherki could be the key man for his side to unlock Crystal Palace’s defense on Sunday afternoon.

3. Miles Lewis-Skelly, £5.1m (defender, Arsenal, 1.6%)

You may be wondering why we would pick a player who failed to earn more than 2 FPL points this season.

However, with first-choice left-back Riccardo Calafioli unavailable due to suspension, this could be the ideal scenario for Miles Lewis-Skelly to pick up some much-needed points.

Lewis Skelly broke through for the Gunners last season but has spent much of this season watching from the sidelines.

But with winless Wolves traveling to north London this weekend, Lewis-Skelly must seize the opportunity to remind Arsenal manager Arteta of his qualities in both attack and defence.

The England international played the full 90 minutes on Wednesday night as Arsenal continued their perfect record in the UEFA Champions League with a 3-0 win over Club Brugge.

Another clean sheet against Wolves would be timely for Lewis Skelly, and with a side lacking confidence at rock bottom, the youngster could punish them with his first goal contribution of the season.

A good performance could help boost manager Mikel Arteta’s long-term plans.
