Enzo Maresca’s side have won their last two league games against Tottenham and Wolves, moving them into third place, two points behind second-placed Manchester City and six points behind leaders Arsenal.
Chelsea are the first side to play after the November international break and will be aiming for a third successive win.
Chelsea’s starting XI is still unknown, with Maresca having made more than seven changes to his starting XI in the past six games.
“It’s part of my job, it’s part of the game,” Maresca said after the 3-0 win over Wolves.
“At the end of the day, this business has problems when you don’t win, but when you win, everything is fine.
“There’s more noise from outside. Internally, we’re convinced that as a club, as a team, we’re going in the right direction and doing good things.”
Burnley sit at the other end of the table in 17th place, one place above the relegation zone.
The Clarets have lost their last two games against Arsenal and West Ham.
