Manchester United have Benjamin Sesco and Matheus Cunha as manager Ruben Amorim’s preferred central attacking options this season, with Dutch international Joshua Zirkzee keeping an eye on the outside.
Sevilla have joined the race to give Joshua Zirkzee an escape from Manchester United’s hell. West Ham’s new manager Nuno Espirito Santo is considering a loan move to strengthen his struggling attack.
Zirksee is expected to request to leave United in the January transfer window. And despite his failure at United, the Dutch striker is unlikely to be short of offers.
The Spanish giants are monitoring Zirkzee’s situation closely and are keen to hand him a lifeline. New manager Matias Almeida is overhauling his squad and is keen to add more firepower to his attacking options.

And Almeida believes Zirksee’s game is suitable for La Liga.
Zirkzee has endured a tough period at United since joining for £34m from Bologna when Erik ten Hag was still manager.
The 24-year-old scored just seven goals in 49 appearances last season and has only made four appearances this season after falling down the table at Old Trafford.
United manager Ruben Amorim has decided that Zirksee is not part of his long-term plans. Big-money Benjamin Sesco would be United’s long-term first choice, but Matheus Cunha can also play at the heart of the attack and is above Zylkie in the pecking order. This will allow Mason Mount, a player Amorim really likes, to be in the starting line-up.
Zirksee is keen to be selected for the Netherlands squad for next summer’s World Cup and knows he needs to play regularly to have a chance of being selected.
