TNT Sports offered supporters the opportunity to vote on their club’s performance this summer after the window closed.
Were Liverpool fans encouraged by the club’s big spending? Were Manchester United supporters hoping the club would make more of an effort within the window? Do Arsenal fans believe their business is good enough to finally get over the line?
Check out the results below!
Supporters were given the following options when voting for their club’s respective transfer window:
Incredibly, not a single club was ranked as ‘poor’ for business within the window.
In a fan poll, all clubs voted for an average, very good or excellent summer transfer window, but where did each team rank?

‘Players want to come to Arsenal now’ – Arteta on Gunners’ summer transfers
Video credit: TNT Sports
4-6/10 – Average
Aston Villa (52%), Bournemouth (49%), Brentford (50%), Brighton (56%), Burnley (47%), Crystal Palace (56%), Fulham (44%), Leeds (50%), Newcastle (45%), Nottingham Forest (53%), West Ham (56%), Wolves (56%)
It may come as no surprise that Fulham fans were least impressed with the club over their summer deal, which saw them bring in just three new players on loan.
A lack of business this summer may have contributed to Fulham’s slow start to the season, as they sit 14th in the league, just four points above the relegation zone.
Burnley fans were also dissatisfied with the management of the club, despite signing six-time Premier League winner Kyle Walker from Manchester City, as well as top-class and proven talent such as Martin Dubravka and Jadon Anthony.

After the window closed, Bournemouth fans may have been worried about the club’s summer business, with their backline depleted following the departures of Ilya Zabarny, Milos Kerkes and Dean Huyssen.
However, after a strong start to the season, fans may want to update the rankings with Andoni Iraola’s side in the top four.
7-9/10 – very good
Arsenal (49%), Chelsea (49%), Everton (41%), Man City (52%) Man United (44%), Spurs (48%)
Arsenal fans will be hoping that their transfer talks will pave the way for the club to win their first Premier League title in over 20 years.
The Gunners have enjoyed one of their most productive spells since Mikel Arteta took charge of the club, signing Victor Gokeres, Martin Zvimendi, Noni Madueke and Ebelesi Eze.
Many would argue that Arsenal have the best team in the league and have the tools to progress through the league and once again reach the top of the UEFA Champions League.

McManaman and Keown praise potential ‘world superstar’ Eze – ‘significant signing’

Arsenal are top of the Premier League and, after a difficult start to the season, will be hoping to pick up a string of wins after the international break and pull away from their nearest rivals.
Manchester United fans have also described the club’s performance as “very good” despite a shaky start to the new season.
The signings of Benjamin Sesco, Matheus Cunha and Brian Mbeumo were completed on deadline day, with goalkeeper Senne Lamence replacing the departing Andre Onana.
Those leaving Old Trafford include Marcus Rashford, Alejandro Garnacho, Jadon Sancho, Rasmus Hjøjlund and Anthony.
It will be interesting to see how Manchester City fans would have voted had goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma not been signed on deadline day.
At the start of the season, it looked like James Trafford would be number one after City signed him back from Burnley, but after a surprise home defeat to Tottenham Hotspur, the club decided to make a change.
Donnarumma was at his best for Paris Saint-Germain last season, helping the club complete an historic treble, including winning the Champions League for the first time in its history.
Rayan Cherki, Rayan Ait Nouri and Tijjani Lijnders were also signed to give Josep Guardiola’s side a bit more depth following a trophy-less 2024-25 season.
10/10 – Excellent
The Premier League champions became the only team to receive a 10/10 ranking from their fanbase after a record-breaking summer.
Liverpool reportedly spent an eye-watering £446.5m to sign Wirtz, Isak, Milos Kerkes and Hugo Ekitike.
Although Liverpool were unable to sign Guehi before the deadline, supporters still believed the club enjoyed a perfect deadline.
It has been a tougher transition for the players on the pitch since Arne Slott’s side lost three games on the bounce in all competitions before the international break.
Isak is yet to score in the Premier League, while Wirtz is yet to register a goal or assist in all competitions.
Liverpool will have the perfect match to regain form when they welcome arch-rivals Manchester United to Anfield this weekend.
And we have ties…
The only fan base that couldn’t make a clear decision about the club’s transfer business was Sunderland.
Supporters were divided on this decision, with 36% of the fanbase rating the transfer window as “average” and another 36% rating the transfer window as “very good”.
The Black Cats reportedly spent more than £140m this summer, signing Simon Adinla, Khabib Diarra and Granit Xhaka.
It has been no average return to the Premier League for Sunderland, who sit in ninth place, ahead of Manchester United, Newcastle and Aston Villa, as well as other newly promoted teams.
Summer transfer deals would have played a big part if Sunderland were to avoid falling down the table and maintain their place in the top half of the Premier League.
