Bayern Munich goal machine Harry Kane continues to see his own glorious high-pitched – title, Baron de Orle, World Cup ahead of England’s doubleheaders with Wales and Latvia
Harry Kane says winning the trophy just made him even more hungry when it comes to ice cream. England captain Kane, 32, ended his career drought by helping Bayern Munich lift the Bundesliga title and finally realize his dream of winning major silverware.
And Kane only made him decide to score more goals, and he has 19 games in 19 games this season in the club and the country – and his eyesight is set at Baron de Orle.
Bayern Munich’s Starkane is in the best shape of his illustrious career, but he says he’s already looking for a small margin to make sure he can play as long as possible. Kane said: “I think I was interested in the feelings I felt after winning the trophy, and obviously there is still more to achieve in terms of other trophies and bigger trophies.

“And as I enter this preseason, I think we obviously had a tough summer at the Club World Cup, and we don’t have much time to handle everything and we’re back in the season.
“It was easy to go the other day so I think it was easier to relax a little more, but certainly I’ve gotten even better, eating even cleaner and pushed myself the other way around in terms of doing more gyms.
“Eat nicely anyway. Maybe there isn’t that much cheat meal after the game, or when you’re with your family and don’t have much ice cream. That’s what it is.
“There are very few details, but at the highest level, these little things, half the percentage, I think that makes a big difference.
“And when you do something like that and you consciously put in a great effort to improve even further, and you have the kind of start I had, then I think it will push you further and see the rewards are there.
“As we know, the most important months are the second half of the season, February to May, and obviously the World Cup. I have that in mind that to make sure I’m in the best condition I can enter that moment.”
Kane’s motivation and ambition are the secret behind his incredible career. England’s record goal scorer, and now he’s destroying all his records with Bayern Munich. However, after he finally won the trophy at the club level, there is no doubt that he would like to emulate it at the World Cup next summer.
Kane is also open about wanting to win the Barondore, but he says he has to win the Champions League against Bayern or win the ultimate prize in England.
“Obviously I want to win the Baron de Ort,” Kane said. “But essentially it is a team trophy where the best individuals on that team win. So unless you win the biggest competition, you will be the winner of the Champions League or the winner of the World Cup this time.
“I certainly want to win that, and it’s going to be a build up of doing great things, both personally and as a team. It’s almost a perfect season.
“The opportunity is there when you play for a club like Bayern and compete at the highest level – it has always been one of your favorites to win the Champions League – and we will be one of our favorites to win the World Cup.
“But if you keep doing what I’m doing and have a successful season with a club or country, you have an opportunity to do that.”
