Arsenal forward Bukayosaka enjoys his return to England’s setup as he has only been involved in one national team camp since the appointment of Thomas Touchel due to injury
Bukayosaka claims to be experiencing a return to England after winning yet another milestone for Arsenal. The 24-year-old attacker’s intense penalty against West Ham means he registered 100 goal contributions (55 goals, 45 assists) in Premier League appearances.
Thomas Tuschel has already shown his ruthless streak as the boss of the three Lions who will drop Real Madrid superstar Jude Bellingham from his team this week – and Saka knew he was itching to try and influence his country to make up for the lost time.
He said: “I’m really happy to play back to England, and I missed a lot of equipment under Thomas Touchel.
“I’m so happy to have the opportunity to return to St. George Park to train with the team and play with them. I’m looking forward to it.”

Following the announcement of his team, Tuchel was asked if Saka missed out if Arsenal teammate Noni Maduke did not injure a knee against Manchester City. The German replied: “I say I have a chance. I don’t have one, but you never know now.”
Pushing it further, Tosher continued, asking if Saka had understood the decision. “He probably had no other options.”
They hosted Wales friendly at Wembley on Thursday before visiting Latvia in World Cup Qualifiers. Saka, who has already recovered from hamstring tension this season, reached the scoresheet on Saturday with a blow to his left ankle. Gunners charms are ready to continue fighting over the wall of pain.
“It’s part of it. I have blood in my hands and my nose is bleeding, my shorts are all blood. It’s me a comp alien. It’s a comp alien. As a creative player, a winger who wants to dribble, you get kicked. You choose.
Saka has played only one of his past nine England matches as he is on the sidelines of injuries. His impeccable international record, 12 goals speak for itself in 44 Lions appearances, and he remains a must-see for Tuchel ahead of next summer’s World Cup and the US, Canada and Mexico World Cup.
Incredibly, he has been part of one camp under Chuchel sour to date, and was soured by a friendly 3-1 defeat that shocked Senegal on the city ground last June.
