The longest active unbeaten streak in Europe’s top five leagues is over.
19 games and almost six months later, Crystal Palace finally lost the game after admitting a stop-time goal to slump into a 2-1 loss at Everton in the Premier League on Sunday.

since then, The Palace won the FA Cup After a penalty shootout victory over Liverpool, he won the opening Community Shield and his first European match, winning the season-opening Community Shield, for his first major trophy after beating Manchester City in the final.
Three days later, after a trip to the east, returning to domestic action, the palace wasted the lead acquired by Daniel Muñoz in the first half. Iliman Ndiaye was equal in penalty, and Jack Grealish got the winner of Everton in three minutes of suspension time.
“It really hurts a lot today,” said Oliver Glasner, the palace manager.
“We probably need this disappointment,” he added. “I feel this pain and take the next step forward. Since our last defeat, we have great learning and we still do the same thing.”
German champion Bayern Munich is currently the longest active, unbeaten streak to win all 10 matches this season in all competitions.
The Palace’s longest previous unbeaten winning streak (18 matches) took place between February and August 1969.
