Ally vs Fletch Premier League Predictions: More Miserable in Ange Postecoglou and Nottingham Forest

Allie McCoist and Darren Fletcher are back with Premier League predictions as Tottenham Hotspur heads for Liverpool.
Liverpool’s shocking defeat to Crystal Palace spices the title race with just five points between the Reds and seventh place Manchester City. Arne Slot’s side is facing a test trip to Stamford Bridge, but the nearest Challenger Arsenal welcomes West Ham to the Emirates. Fletch’s beloved Nottingham Forest is at Newcastle United, who was booed in the UEFA Europa League on Thursday.
Ally finally won the first victory of last week’s season, nailing Arsenal’s 2-1 victory at Newcastle. However, he remained fuming as Bournemouth took the equalizer for the 94th minute at Leeds and denied another perfect call to him.

“Flech escaped with one again,” he sighed. “I had the right score until the 93rd minute, and obviously Bournemouth equalized in the 94th minute. Anyway, I’m above that.”

Here’s how to take care of your ranking for six weeks: Please remember. Don’t forget you can vote for all of the matches below.

Leeds v Tottenham (TNT Sports)

Ally: “Leeds have been very unlucky with not being able to beat Bournemouth last week and they have a good home record. But I’m just a fashionable Tottenham.

Prediction: Leeds 1-2 Tottenham

Fletch: “Good game, this. I fantasize about Leeds to score. I was very impressed with the way they started the season, but I think the Spurs are too good for them. The Spurs had European football this week, but I still think they’ll lead it.”

Prediction: Leeds 1-2 Tottenham

Chelsea v Liverpool

Ally: “I thought Chelsea averaged mid-week against Benfica. Benfica definitely had a better chance. Liverpool was persuasive, losing to the palace and then again in Turkey.

Prediction: Chelsea 1-1 Liverpool

Fletch: “I want to bounce Liverpool. I don’t know what’s going on with Chelsea. Enzo Maresca is under pressure and has one or two important injuries. Liverpool will get better.”

Prediction: Chelsea 1-2 Liverpool
