Brooklyn Earac, owner of Wanna Be Tottenham Hotspur, has lived a diverse life of seeing DJs around the world, working for NASA and becoming a successful high-tech entrepreneur.
The businessman is reportedly at the forefront of a bid to buy a Tottenham Hotspur abandoned DJ for NASA before becoming a high-tech entrepreneur. The Sun reports that a consortium led by America’s Brooklyn Earac is about to buy the club. This comes weeks after two expressions of interest were rejected by Enic, the owner of the Spurs majority run by the Lewis family.
Talks between Earick and Club, while former chairman Daniel Levy is still at the helm, are said to have begun while his shock departure was accelerated since it was announced earlier this month.
A 12-person consortium, including NFL and NBA investors, can send £4.5 billion to the club, £3.3 billion to buy the Enic and the Lewis family, and £1.2 billion in January. That overall figure surpasses a record of £4.25 billion over the consortium led by Todd Bouley, which was paid to buy Chelsea in 2022.
Who is Brooklyn Earac?
The 41-year-old Earac has lived a variety of lives to say the least. He spent nearly 10 years as a DJ and music producer, fostering his love of soccer while playing in North America and Europe.
He said in 2011: “It’s crazy that electronic music is everywhere. I’ve always associated it with soccer. Soccer is huge everywhere in the world and we’re starting to add a bit of steam here in America. That’s the same as electronic music.”

However, after being “burned out” in the music scene, he made a dramatic career change by getting a job at NASA as an electrical engineer. In an interview in 2016, he explained: “I spent most of the decade as a DJ and music producer. I played shows from LA to New York to London and Ibiza in the US, Canada, the Caribbean and Europe.
“I’m very fortunate to do it, but I definitely burned out towards the end. So I turned off my headphones and moved to San Francisco and got an internship at NASA Ames as an electrical engineer in the small spaceship division.
“NASA was the first place I was exposed to computer programming. I quickly realized how powerful it was and liked the fact that if I had an idea I could open my computer and start right away. So I started taking online courses in both coding and design, book reading and brainstorming ideas.”
The skills he worked for NASA influenced the tech industry as his next career change, where he worked on a variety of projects and formed a high-level contact.
Earick founded REDACTED RND. RND describes himself as “a thought leader in blockchain innovation and digital assets.” Blockchain is a way of selling and recording digital currencies like crypto. He also has a technology-centric investment fund called Algorith Capital.
Earlier this year, he was on the verge of buying the Maserati MSG Formula E-Team, but the deal is over.
Why Tottenham?
Aside from last season’s Europa League victory, the Spurs are hungry for success on the pitch. But so, the club is a success of rosound, thanks to its stunning stadium, which is considered one of the best sports arenas on the planet.
The Spurs earned an estimated £4.8 million from each match, with a 237% increase in commercial revenue compared to their last full season with the old White Hartrain.
There is also the London factor. This is undoubtedly a draw for aspiring owners from overseas. A source close to Eyak told Sun:
“The Spurs have world-class stadiums and training grounds, and all the infrastructure is in place, but with the investment ready, this is the final step to turn the club into a winner on the pitch.”
Spurs acquisition stance
“Tottenham Hotspur is not on sale,” said the club’s statement in early September, revealing that Amanda Stovely’s PCP International Finance and a consortium of investors led by Dr. Roger Kennedy and Wing Phi are interested in buying the North London club.
ENIC owns 87% of Spurs, but the club is subject to the UK acquisition code as the remaining shares are publicly available. Therefore, the expression of interest or bid must be submitted to the acquisition code panel and published.
It is understood that the Lewis Family Trust is not aware of any consortiums ready to buy Tottenham. Sources close to the Lewis family reiterated that the club was not on sale.
