Manchester United hopes to secure their first consecutive Premier League victory under Reuben Amorim when they travel to Brentford on Saturday.

The Red Devils claimed a much needed victory over Chelsea at Old Trafford last week, in a chaotic game that included two red cards in the first half.

Despite the disappointing start of the campaign, United managed to climb into the top five by beating Brentford before the weekend action progressed.

Prior to their clash, TNT Sports decided to give supporters the opportunity to make big decisions for Amorim.

Have United fans chosen to change Amorim’s 3-4-3 formation? Did they want to play club captain Bruno Fernandez even more on the pitch? Please see the results below.

Debuts between sticks

One of the biggest changes that supporters want to see is the first time that Summer Recruit Senran Men will make their first appearance at the club.

Runmen sat on the bench for the last two games, but United fans believe it’s the right time to give their 23-year-old the opportunity to travel to Brentford.

Belgian International has won a total of 56% of votes to overcome the competition between Altai Bay Indielle and Tom Heaton.

Bayindir has played every minute in the Premier League this season so far, and so far has not been able to hold a clean sheet in the process.

When fans spoke to the media before the Manchester Derby, Amorim asserted who would be number one, so they rarely get their wishes right away.

“I want to see Altay Bayindir do just like Van der Sar this week,” he said. “Then in the future they have to fight for the place. We as a team can help goalkeepers get better. We do that.”

Show, Maguire wins a spot in the back

Those choices may have been different if fans were selected after the Manchester Derby defeat, but Lukeshaw and Harry Maguire keep their place in Starting XI.

Maguire performed as a manager to win Chelsea before being replaced in the second half, with Shaw wearing a solid display and setting up Casemiro for the winning goal.

“In the wingback area, he (Amorim) needs to find the best suit player who can push up and become aggressive,” she writes.

“If you look at the back three, I think Lukeshaw is given too many opportunities and he’s well above his best.”

However, supporters voted to keep the show in the lineup with 54% of fans voting on the question of whether England International should start against Brentford.

Maguire is a more popular option, winning 75% of the votes when fans were asked the same question.

Return to the crease

England International has not been able to start one league game so far this season, and his minutes shortage has led him to demand new challenges, but he stayed with the club after the windows closed.

United fans were happy to be in Mainoo’s stay at the time, but now they’re talking on the poll and want the midfielders to win the starting role over the weekend.

Amorim is unable to call Casemiro against Brentford after being sent off in a victory over Chelsea, so the Portuguese can play mains from the start or choose Manuel Ugarte.

There is no debate among fans as to who deserves a spot in Starting XI. 77% of them voted for Mainoo to replace the Brazilians in the middle. But who should start with him?

Fernandez change

This decision led to Portugal’s international defence of suffering in an international draw to a 1-1 draw against Fulham and a 3-0 defeat against Mancity.

However, United fans appear to be tired of their most creative players who are moving away from his natural position, with 76% voted that Fernandez should play in a more advanced role against honeybees.

This is the best time for Amorim to choose Fernandez in one of the 10th roles alongside Bryan Mbeumo, and are Mainoo and Ugarte the midfielders preferred before the back three?

Are there any more 3-4-3?

Look away now, Reuben Amorim!

United fans voted to change his preferred 3-4-3 formation for the Portuguese to oppose his principles and for a trip to Brentford this weekend.

This was the formation that Amorim unfolded during his management career, and was a huge success with Sporting, which won two league titles.

However, United were unable to hit the heights as Amorim sticks to the formation. It’s incredible that they have not been able to win consecutive games in the league so far.

That may be why 62% of voters wanted to switch tactics to the Portuguese on Saturday.

“No one, even the Pope, is different (my system),” Amorim said. “This is my job, this is my responsibility, this is my life, so I won’t change it.

“I’m doing things my way. I want to have time to change, but that’s an evolution.”
