Now most FPL kinos are telling you the same thing. Ditch Mohamed Salah. Bring Erling Haaland with us. Stay up your team with Antoine Cemenó, Victor Gyoker and a few Arsenal defenders. Certainly solid advice – but it’s safe. And safety won’t put you in the rockets in the rankings.

That’s where we come in. Each week, I pass three differences. A low-owner player who can reverse your destiny in a single game week.

Usually it is less than 10% ownership, one less than 5%, one less than 2%. But this week? All three will be owned by less than 4%.

For obvious reasons, everyone is piling up to Haaland (£14.3m) this week. But if you want to double the city, Foden looks like the ideal pick.

Pep Guardiola’s men may be in ninth place with more points than the other four teams, but their performance is sharper.

Back from his ankle issues, Foden went back the log for a few minutes and recently returned two assists against Manchester United.

Yes, Pep Roulette is always a threat – but if you buy in the city’s resurrection, he is a play.

Do I need to save cash? Jeremy Doku (£6.4m, 2.9%) is a cut price replacement. And if you don’t own Haaland yet, frankly stop reading it first.

Right, dear reader, Anton Schutt, is actually on our radar for his 15 pointer against the Wolverhampton Wanderers.

But he is glued to him for 90 minutes each week, taking set pieces and very attractive fixtures approaching.

At £5 million he is the perfect budget enabler – cheap enough for the bench and convenient enough to compete against Bournemouth, Burnley or West Ham United.

Convicted again. But sometimes a single goal is the spark that strikers need. Dominique Calvert Lewin looks sharp, he is cheap, and importantly, the equipment is kind.

With most managers loading Haaland, Gyoker (£9.0m) and Joao Pedro (£7.8m), DCL is a rogue pick that can be quietly delivered.

And when he gets bored of him after Golden Week 9, Rodrigo Muniz (£5.5 million, 2.5%) is waiting for the plum house fixtures against the wolves and Sunderland in Golden Week 10.
