West Ham is seriously considering sacking Graham Potter after a brooding start to the season with a home defeat by London rival Crystal Palace on Saturday
Graham Potter has been clinging to his job after increasing pressure as West Ham’s manager. The Hammers hierarchy is seriously considering changes from former Nottingham Forest boss Nuno Espirito Santo with his leading candidate Nuno Espirito Santo.
Former Irons Chief Slaven Billick, former wolf boss Gary O’Neill and former Eveton manager Sean Dish are also under consideration.
The 50-year-old Potter struggled badly at West Ham after taking over in January last year.
Before the latest defeat to Crystal Palace on Saturday, there was a huge fan protest against the board, with David and Karen Brady making up a large part of the backlash from supporters.

However, the faithful Hammer turned on the player and Potter during the palace match and palace match, leaving the manager’s position increasing as pressure was left.
Vice-Chair Brady gave Potter her public support last month, but since then, the results have not improved beyond her lonely victory at Nottingham Forest this season.
The club has always supported their managers and given them every opportunity to turn things around, so they’ve always stuck with Potter.

Potter appears to be accepting his position, and the future is in great danger after the club has gotten off to a shocking start to the season.
“We understand the climate, expectations, the environment. We have no complaints about the club or the support we had, but we understand that the outcome is not positive,” Potter said after the palace match.
“We have to accept it and change it. We need to improve and find that balance and solution.”
