Social media controversy continued involving Amado and Alejandro Garnacho after Manchester United defeated Chelsea 2-1 in the Premier League on Saturday
Manchester United winger Amado has deleted all of his Instagram posts after receiving a blistering backlash over one of his photos. Amad was part of the United side, beating Chelsea 2-1 on Saturday, but the fun of the victory was tempered by a social media turmoil.
United benefited from an early red card from Chelsea goalkeeper Robert Sanchez. Bruno Fernandez and Casemiro’s goals rose 2-0 from home, and Trebocharova’s slow goal wasn’t enough for a 10-man Chelsea.
The game meant a quick return to Old Trafford for Alejandro Garnacho, an unused replacement for Chelsea. Argentina International left United under the clouds in the summer and was placed in the so-called “bomb squad” by Reuben Amorim after falling at the end of last season.
Therefore, Garnacho is not a popular figure at United, despite the club winning £40 million on his transfer. So, Amado’s decision to post a photo of himself posing in Garnacho’s Chelsea shirt along with his former teammate doing the same thing in his United shirt, didn’t go well.

His posts to his 2.4 million followers were flooded with a torrent of comments from United fans questioning his decision. One of the replies was “Can I read the room Amado?” Another addition: “It doesn’t look good.” There were also many verbal vow reactions.
The fact that Amad and Garnacho are friends and are both represented by the same institution, Lead3RS, was clearly not an acceptable reason for their supporters. Also, Amad not only removed one post, but also removed all posts on Instagram and all but one of X’s posts, but adopted a nuclear option accordingly.
Despite not reaching the pitch and losing his new team, Garnacho was targeted for an abusive chant on Saturday. Sanchez’s early firing was paid for Garnacho’s chance to stand up to his old side.
“The reason we changed Pedro (Netto) and Estevao (Willian) is that they always attack with five players, four can defend, four can defend when they’re 11, but 11 can defend against 11.”
“I think we need to protect the breadth, so we decided to go with the Back Five, which is why.
“However, Wes (Fofana) was tired for a long time and asked for a change, so we decided to change and go to Tyrique (George).
