Arsenal and Manchester City could have a massive title impact on large matches in the Premier League on Sunday.

It may only be September, but Manchester City’s Sunday trip to Arsenal already feels like something important in terms of the title race against Liverpool at the Premier League Summit.

The gunners are leaned as the team most likely to take the national crown from Arne Slot’s team. However, City has his title aspirations after winning an unprecedented four-row row before the collapse of last season.

Arsenal will know they can’t afford to lose to another title rival after falling 1-0 to Liverpool last month. And City was already buried in the ground and left the Emirates empty-handed and managed to finish the weekend nine points behind the champions.

Here, the mirror football team watches the big game and predicts how it thinks it’s all pan out…

If Arsenal is serious about ending the Premier League title drought in the end, they should start defeating their rivals regularly. This is a great opportunity to place markers.

Gunner went to Liverpool 0-0 at the end of last month and managed it mostly. Only Dominique Schboslai’s strike in the late stages denied them. However, there is a need to change in thinking. Mikel Arteta needs to start sending players to win these games rather than simply not losing. Because they are enough and they will never lose excuses.

Arteta is backed by the transfer market, and Viktor Gyoker’s arrival should be the last part of the title-winning Jigsaw. The city is still formidable, but in the midst of rebuilding, Arsenal should bring the game to them.

If so, they’re enough to get results.

Prediction: Arsenal 3-1 Manchester City

Arsenal was very disappointing against Liverpool, but this is a chance to quickly make that game a distant memory.

Arteta has no excuses. He definitely has the best team in the league and should enter into a match against their title rivals with the ambition to win. It was clearly not a priority in Anfield, but it should be another story for vulnerable cities.

If the gunner can’t score all three points, this should feel like a big missed opportunity. But until I see them actually show that level of ambition, I am reluctant to assume that it will happen.

City looked much better against Manchester United, and Phil Foden seemed to be approaching his best. I think the city will score points here and Arteta will wonder, “what if.”

Prediction: Arsenal 1-1 Man City

Arsenal is likely to show off their chance to win the city, considering Pep Guardiola’s formerly formidable side was in the middle of a rebuild, and should be far more offensive than Liverpool, who has a home advantage.

However, the city feels overlooked in the dialogue of the title. They look good without having to hit top gear in the Manchester Derby last weekend, and importantly, the influential duo of Ehringhaaland and Philforden is firing again. The latter scored against United and was one of the city’s most influential attackers in the Champions League mid-week, which was well-posterous.

It’s huge to bring Foden and Haaland back to singing, but they’re against the best of the Premier League defense. Are there any must-see games for September? Perhaps not, but both managers believe they can’t afford to lose, knowing that the defeat will leave the champions’ nine points with Arsenal already dropping points against Liverpool and City. I’m going to score draw.

Prediction: Arsenal 2-2 Man City
