Manchester United fans worked behind the bar at Etihad Stadium during the derby, and he sparked anger among city supporters when he showed off his Red Devils shirt
The cocky barman at Etihad Stadium caused anger when he was spotted wearing a Manchester United shirt while serving drinks.
The Red Devils came down to the blue side of Manchester for a crucial Derby match Sunday afternoon. One bold United supporter decided to win one on top of the city before the game began.
The fan, who had pulled a pint behind the bar at Etihad, unzipped his jacket and revealed a united shirt.
“Absolute banter @mancity-Let one of the bar staff at Block 315 wear a United shirt on Derby Day,” one disgruntled fan tweeted, sharing a photo of the man serving Asahi.
“The game hasn’t left too much,” replied another supporter. The third person reported, “Some blowjobs appear in the fancy dress, and that’s your biggest concern, and is 4 pounds of sausage rolls angry?”

As United fans enjoyed their unexpected victory, City caught Wind in a social media post and promptly issued a statement on the fan support page.
“Thank you for noticing this, we can confirm that this individual has been removed from their position.
“The scene when United wins and hires him,” one fan joked. Another thing is, “Please make this your 118th charge.”
City supporters had another reason to cheer for the first half as local hero Phil Foden scored the goal of leading Pep Guardiola’s team. It was an emotional day for Foden following the tragic passing of Ricky Hutton.
“My heart is clearly going out to his family during this difficult time,” Foden, who returned to the team for the Derby, told Sky Sports. “He should have been here today supporting us to hear the news just before the big game was devastating.
“Today is for him, and we will win and do our best for him.”
When asked if it serves as an extra motivation, Foden added: “No doubt we have to use it as a motivation and try to get a victory for him.”
