James Madison could be at risk of punishment from the free agency after Tottenham took umpire Jar Gillett to social media to explode following the controversial decision in a clash with West Ham United on Saturday evening. The Spurs thought Christian Romero took the lead midway through the first half as he nodded to the house from a corner kick.

Gillett quickly ruled the goal, and while being checked by Val, Stockley Park chose to stick to the original decision of the judge. However, Tottenham players and fans were furious at the decision and were able to call social media to criticize them.

Among them, the chief is Madison, who is currently watching from home after suffering a long-term injury earlier this year. Written in X, the British states: “To be honest, the referee and Val were absolutely shocked at the start of the season. If that goal was allowed by a foul, the referee would never look at the corner without blowing anything away again.”

A Premier League Match Center post explained why the target was choke-off.

Former Premier League defender Ashley Williams did not tell BBC Sports: “Christian Romero’s goal should have been standing. The West Ham goalkeeper pushed his player into Mickey van der Ben.

“The judges are reluctant to make decisions in this area and therefore intervene for the VAR, but that’s their purpose. We want to give them more goals.

After a goal in the first half, Tottenham ultimately took the lead early in the second term, and the corner once again proved problematic for West Ham. This time there was a goal. Pipe Matalsar hid in the back post and went back to the opener.

The Spurs added two more before full time. Lucas Bergvall added the second before making up for Van De Ven’s involvement in goals allowed in a third.
