Israeli and Italian players collided on the pitch following a World Cup qualifying match on Monday evening. The match, played in Hungary, proved to be a smiley relationship as the Italians overturned the deficit twice and claimed a 5-4 victory.
Italy met in search of a third victory in their qualifying campaign after losing to Norway in the opening match ahead of their victory with Moldova and Estonia. But Israel took the lead early as Manuel Rocatelli turned the ball into his own net. Moys Keene leveled the game before halftime, but the home side regained its advantage shortly after a strike courtesy from Daniel Peretz.
Keene was equal again soon after, and control was through goals from Matteo Polivano and Giacomo Laspadri as Italy eased its 4-2 lead.
However, Israel was given the opportunity to share the loot when Alessandro Bastoni became the second player in the evening and the second player in the evening to score his own goal. And the hosts thought they had claimed the points when Peretz scored their second goal in the 89th minute.
However, Newcastle midfielder Sandro Tonari won the Italian match at a time that stopped at the end of the match.
There appears to be an outrage among some players after the final whi, with many stars ousting each other on the pitch.
There was a confusing scene around the center circle, with the replacements and staff in the back room walking along.
And Italian boss Gennaro Gattuso even stood up to Israeli players as he tried to inform him of his thoughts.

“They surprised us a little in the first place, even if they made them difficult when we developed them,” Gatuso explained after the match.
“My feet weren’t very bright today. It’s okay. The second game (of an international break) is always like this. We keep our fundamental victory, but we’re crazy – we’ve acknowledged an absurd goal.
“We’re so fragile, we have to improve on this aspect. The boys know that, but it’s my problem, not their problem.”
The former AC Milan and Rangers midfielder added:
“In reality, we can’t accept the goals we do today. It’s not a criticism of the players, it’s mine that has to be improved.
“It wasn’t a great day, but we had a mentality, we had a heart and energy. In a match like this you have to unning a bit 4-2, but now let’s enjoy the victory. Thanks to the boys.
