Newcastle agrees to a £55 million Yorn Wissa Transfer after approving Alexander Isaac to Liverpool | Football | Sports

Newcastle reportedly agreed to pay Brentford £505m in exchange for Joane Wissa after approving Alexander Isaac’s move to Liverpool. Magpies plan their lives this summer without Isaac who has dug into the heels around his journey to Anfield.

Newcastle endured a difficult summer, and Isaac missed the tour for the Asian side with a “minor injury” to the club’s chief who is not intending to reintegrate with his teammates. The magpie owner visited his home earlier this week, and reportedly Isaac told him again that he wanted to leave. Newcastle has chased two strikers to fill the void created by Isaac’s departure. And it appears that the Giants in the Northeast have been on their way, with Nick Urtemaard also joining Stuttgart Magpie over the weekend, with a club record transfer fee.

Focusing on ISAK’s imminent departure and finding a proper exchange for Newcastle appears to have influenced Eddie Howe this season, with the team only getting two points from three Premier League matches.

However, Newcastle can enter an international break with a clean slate if the transfer activity ends in the expected way today.

According to transfer expert Fabriso Romano, Newcastle and Brentford have verbally agreed to a deal for Wissa to move to St. James Park.

Brentford accepts official proposals from the two-time Premier League runner-up, and the overall package is said to be worth £55 million. And Wissa is on her way northeast for medical care before the relocation is complete.

Wissa has not been featured in Brentford this season during her move to Newcastle. But ahead of last week’s Bee Carabao Cup victory over Bournemouth, Brentford boss Keith Andrews claimed he hopes the 28-year-old will remain in West London.

“What’s happening in every club I imagine, up and down the land, every club that is the destructive nature of it. But the focus is on the group tomorrow,” he explained.

“So Joane is not involved. But as far as I’m concerned, there’s no movement in any way, and I’m totally hoping that Joane will come here next Tuesday.”

Andrews doubled his position before Brentford lost to Sunderland on Saturday.

“The other day I’m going to copy and paste from the exact same answer,” he said. “Nothing has changed in terms of my stance and I can’t see any movement. It’s really the same.”

He added: “I still feel like he’s staying. Football clubs generally want to hold on to Joane.
