As Arsenal tried to solve the striker’s problem, Mikel Arteta spent Victor’s Gyoker on the land, but the Swedish playing style can require gunners to change their approach
Mikel Arteta is said to be that Viktor Gyoker “is not a solution” to Arsenal’s problems with Arsenal’s playing style.
The gunners spent heavily on landing the striker from Sport Lisbon and parted ways with £64 million to add to the firepower that has been missing in recent years. Gyoker arrived with a sensational record in the final third. In other words, many European clubs were paying attention to him.

He said: “New signatures like Viktor Gyoker and Martin Zubimendi still need to adapt to Arteta’s style. For example, Gyoker prefers to hit the universe behind the defender, while Arsenal tends to resort to ownership.

“Maybe they need to go back to the fast-paced counter attacking style they practiced two years ago. Both he and the team need to meet up halfway. Frequently, the winger falls deeper, leaving space emptying the patches, making it difficult to find a gy run.
Arteta quickly defended Gyoker after his Manchester debut, where he was bought before the end, and after Saturday’s victory, the Swedes claimed to be giving new dynamics in attacks that seek to evolve the attack after a summer of recruitment.
He said: “It will help us to attack our teams and evolve and find other ways to connect with each other. It’s clear that Victor is really dangerous, but he’s a superpower and something good happens, so let’s put him as much as possible in such a scenario.”
