Dominik Szoboszlai sent Liverpool to the top of the Premier League table after a special 30-yard free kick came out 1-0 against fellow title rival Arsenal. The Reds are the only team to move above former leader Chelsea, leaving the first three equipment of nine points.
The hosts were rebounding from Florian Wiltz’s shot, and Hugo Ekicchike bundled up into the house and had the ball in the Unsfield net, but the assistant raised his flag and the striker was considered offside.
When Arsenal threw debut Ebeki AIDS with captain Martin Odegard from the bench, both teams sought a late winner, but it was Liverpool who took divine inspiration from the midfielder-turned-right back to get past the line. Alternate Curtis Jones had scored a free kick after a smart turn before Szoboszlai hit the bullet into the top corner.

He claimed the loose ball and escaped early to stop Noni Madueke’s efforts from the first half’s range before halting Noni Madueke’s efforts. There was little else to do.

Dominik Szoboszlai -8
He lost his position again on the right back, but Gabriel Martinelli quieted down the day the Brazilian should have asserted himself. Szoboszlai then makes a cross-field pass to Cody Gakpo in the second half, reminding many of Trent Alexander-Arnold.
The second incarnation of the England fullback then arrived at center stage, moving around in celebration to the KOP, with a 30-yard free kick fully in the top corner. A goal worth three points.
Ibrahima Conate-7
After testing, which began weeks into the season, he grew confidently and won the battle against Viktor Gyokeres. However, there are concerns as he was kicked out in 77 minutes after being pulled up due to injury.

Virgil Van Dijk -7
Leading by example, I rarely did my job with Gyoker, but I also organized a clever set-piece defensive set-up that looks to cover the world’s most prolific team with bamboo from corners and free kicks. There were also some impressive dribbling and passing.

A powerful performance that keeps the confident Madueke at bay. After an overwhelming outing with Newcastle last time, he had to step up defensively.

Ryan Gravenbellch-5
I picked up another yellow card for a clumsy challenge in Riccardo calafiori and left an hour’s one to avoid another. The Dutch could have imposed more himself in the match if he could have gone on without fear of being sent.
Alexis Mac Allister -6
The game detoured him a lot, but Alexis Mac Alistair had more influence than his fellow midfielders. However, it still doesn’t seem to have any sharpness in some matches. There was little surprise when he was Liverpool’s first player replaced by Jones.
Florian Wirtz -5
In his first two games, Wirtz struggled with Premier League physicality and was unable to leave a mark against Arsenal again.
The £116 million signature struggled with the mid-mid-round fighting gunners of Martin Zubimendi, Declan Rice and Mikel Merino, and failed to get the pitch high enough.
Wirtz is eager to play Burnley next in a game where his side controls ownership. If performance does not recover quickly, the pressure will continue to rise.

Mohamed Sarah-7
He adapts to his new offensive teammate, which makes him a creative threat once again than the talisman we are used to seeing from Mohamed Sarah. However, if they provided Liverpool with their strongest play spots and decided a little more elsewhere, they could have escaped a pair of assists.
Hugo Ekitike -5
He worked hard, but little changed from Gabriel and Christian Mosquera who came to William Saliba, who were injured in the first half.
Cody Gakpo -6
An anonymous performance for the first 70 minutes as Gakpo was completely trapped by his fellow countryman Jurrien Timber. He struggled to connect with the people closest to Mac Allister and Milos Kerkez, and didn’t get close to the finish line until the second half of the game once Jones was introduced from the bench.
He finished the match very brightly.

Alternatives
Curtis Jones (60′) – 7
Given the 30 minutes in the middle, Szoboszlai remained a defence and was able to quickly provide more links to Gakpo on the left. A very neat cameo, Szoboszlai got a free kick to rifle into the house.
Joe Gomez (79′)-6
Ibrahima konate came in to help him secure a clean seat after being injured at the end of the match.
Federico Chiesa (79′)-6
I tried again in advance and there were some bright sparks at the end of the match.
