In a speech on the planning of Nottingham Forest’s Key Person Plan, Evangelos Marinakis said “It’s all solid” about the club’s instructions.
Nuno Espirito Santo is sitting with Evangelos Marinakis for a crunch story about the future of Nottingham Forest next week. “Everything is solid. I want to succeed in Nottingham. We are here on good days, but on difficult days it’s even closer so personally it’s not a problem,” Marinakis said. “We’re all together and united. We’ll take some corrective actions. Everything is smooth and ready.”
Shortly after the interview was given, Nuno stopped, not only to ensure that he would remain in position beyond the international break. “I think so,” he said. “I don’t know how to answer that, but I think so.”
The pair spoke briefly on the phone last week and agreed to discuss the club’s direction and vision after tomorrow’s fixture for West Ham has gone out of the way.
“The president is a busy person,” Nuno added. “We need to talk about the future of the club, how we should deal with the (future) after the transfer market. We want the same thing, the best thing for the forest.”
However, Nuno showed that when asked if he had spoken to the former Arsenal sports director, he simply replied “no” and there was no indication of a connection to improvements in EDU.
Nuno also believes recent arrivals, including Douglas Lewis and Omali Hutchinson, cannot oppose West Ham.
