Liverpool is preparing a fresh offer of £130 million to land Alexander Isaac from Newcastle on the last day of his transfer period.
The Reds have been chasing the Swedes for a few weeks since they wanted to leave St. James Park, but the £110 million opening offer was rejected and Newcastle dug into the heel, leaving them waiting for a second bid.
Magpies had insisted that Isak would not be sold, especially as they struggled to get a signature through the door. Their strikers had trained away from the first team not featured in the preseason, claiming he would not play for the club again.
Newcastle Value Isak is £150 million, and is warping £116 million, including the add-ons that Liverpool paid to Land Florian Wilts earlier this summer. Telegraph claims the latest offers will start at £130 million before add-ons and bonuses increase the entire package.
It could prove to be extremely attractive to the people of St. James Park. That figure shows that he will receive twice the amount he paid to ISAK when he signed him from Real Sociedad in 2022.

Isak has excelled throughout his time in Newcastle and has transformed into one of Europe’s greatest strikers. He is the main light at St. James Park, but there is growing acceptance that the 27-year-old, who scored 62 times in 109 appearances, will move to his Premier League rival.
His exit will be easier for the stomach after Eddie Howe agrees to a deal to land Nick Urtemaid from Stuttgart. German International, which is radar-rigid, will cost Newcastle a club record of £69.2 million.
Already this summer, Magpies have seen offers for wolf striker Jorgen Strand Larsen and Brentford’s Joan Wissa. Benjamin Sesco was also on the radar, making his first move before Manchester United landed the Slovenians.
Newcastle’s season opening game is dominated by Isaac’s future. Howe left him for a draw at Aston Villa and then when Liverpool came to town, the Swedes were absent again as the Reds scored a winner in the 100th minute to calm the five-goal thriller.
