Tottenham may be facing a denial from its fourth major forwarding target. Serie a Club Como has rejected a £50 million approach from Argentine star Nico Pass’s Spurs.

Real Madrid believes he is the superstar he was created, so he looks closely at the development, but is not ready to make a deal this summer.

It puts Como in a strong position as they could hold on more money.

Como is believed to want at least £70 million, and despite strong connections with the Real, Tottenham may still continue to try and acquire players.

Paz joined Real Madrid’s B-team as a teenager, and the Spanish giants allowed him to go to Como for just £5 million last year, but retained strong ties with the Italian club in addition to options and contracts.

Tottenham are desperately trying to bolster and bolster manager Thomas Frank’s options after a desperately frustrating transfer window so far.

Tottenham is determined to build on their impressive start, but Dejan Crucevsky is potentially out to the turn of the year while James Madison faces coming out towards the season.

It frustrating that Tottenham missed Ebeki Eze to Arsenal after being sucked into the transfer saga with the English midfielder.

They also snuggled the move of Morgan Gibbs White to stay in Nottingham Forest, missing the other two.

The Spurs have been struggling to win the Europa League last season and succeed in qualifying for the Champions League.

They could now rely on Monaco midfielder Magnes Acriucé, whose French club demands £47.5 million, but there was also competition from Bayer Leverkusen.

Tottenham also saw Savigno in Manchester City, but Pep Guardiola says he’s not on sale. Now, if they can’t trade on a pass, Akliouche could be their best bet after more frustration.
