Rasmus Hojlund responded on social media after Ruben Amorim ruled out him from his third consecutive Manchester United team tonight. United will enter the second round for the first time since 2014 and launch the Carabao Cup campaign in a clash with League 2 side Grimsbytown at Blundell Park.
The Red Devils were wearing their hats earlier than this season as they were not involved in European competition. Amorim has nominated a strong team on the East Coast despite facing 4th floor opposition.
However, after a 1-0 loss with Arsenal and absent from a 1-1 draw with Fulham in the Premier League, there was no room for Hozilund in the travel party.
The 22-year-old striker is trapped in loan moves throughout the season.
Hozilund was thought to be desperate to stay and fight for his position at United before sealing off a £72 million transfer from Atalanta in 2023.
However, Amorim has cruelly closed the door, essentially kicking him out of Old Trafford and kicking him out as one of a series of exits passing before Monday’s summer transfer deadline.

Hojlund is expected to join Alejandro Garnacho, Antony and Tyrell Malacia through Departures Suite in the coming days.
And after Amorim claimed he had professionally embraced the sudden exile, Denmark International showed its class on social media before tonight’s kickoff.
Following the announcement of Amorim’s starting lineup and bench, Hojlund shared an Instagram Story post with the caption “C’mon Today Boys.”
Benjamin Sesco signed on behalf of Hoilund earlier this summer, making his first start as a United player at Grimsby.
