Reports show that Real Betis finally reached an agreement on Antony’s return before Manchester United and Antony’s return. The Brazilian winger appears to be set to seal off the switch of his dream after spending months in exile with the LA La Liga club postponed for his second season.
Antony escaped Manchester for Seville in January and flourished throughout the second half of last season, scoring nine goals and five assists in 26 appearances. By comparison, he scored 17 goals involved in United’s 96 games before his dramatic rise at Betis.
According to The Telegraph, Betis has, in principle, reached an agreement with United to ensure Antony’s return to the club.
The report adds that the speech will focus on deals where he will reunite a seasonal loan for 25 years old before signing permanently next summer.
Bettis manager Manuel Pellegrini has put public pressure on the club to promote Antony’s return to the team on multiple occasions.
“We all know that Antony was here last season, so let’s see if he can make it,” Pellegrini said recently on Tuesday.

“I’m always talking to Manu (Fajardo, director of soccer at Betis), I see a variety of options, but as I say, I always have the financial aspect in mind.
“I can give him 10 players, but maybe they’re players who can’t make it.
“So, taking all that into consideration, the sports directors, technical directors and team leaders tried to put together the best possible team.”
Antony’s mind is set to return to Betis after the club sealed Europa League qualifications and reached the conference league final before losing to Chelsea.
