A lot happened between the clubs as Arne Slot and Eddie Howe pleaded for a message after Newcastle’s Carabao Cup victory over the Reds at Wembley.
Arne Slot is just sharing the text with one of her members in the Premier League and is Eddie Howe. He one day became England’s head coach because he respects his rivals.
But whether Newcastle bosses are so accepting the message at the moment from the Liverpool counter, they may be discovered on Monday evening when they meet at St. James Park.
A lot has happened among the clubs as Slots and Howe have welcomed the message in the aftermath of Newcastle’s Carabao Cup victory over the Reds at Wembley.
Most clearly, Alexander Isaac, who Liverpool pursued Alexander Isaac, is the frontman of the magpies who went on a strike to force him to move to Anfield. “I don’t know,” Slot said when asked if the event this summer was eroding relationships between the clubs.
“The only manager I’ve ever texted was Eddie Howe (in the Premier League). I sent a few more texts in the Netherlands, but after the League Cup final, I exchanged some messages.

“If I see him, I don’t expect him to be the same as last year and not different from him. On a higher level, I have no clue. For me, it’s still the same relationship as him.”
Liverpool arrives northeast on Monday night as a mighty villain. But they will face the weakened Newcastle side of Isaac’s absence and at least the summer of failing so far – signing their best targets, with the exception of Anthony Elanga, Jacob Ramsey, Malick Chiau and Aaron Ramsdale.
They’re on a light attack considering Isaac’s strike and the failure to sign a number of advance targets, including Hugo Ekichike, who line up with Liverpool.
Slot and Howe have interconnected at Richard Hughes, Liverpool sports director who played with Portsmouth Newcastle Manager before working together at Bournemouth.
“In general, Eddie Howe is a great person and he is always polite, so I’m my general feelings about him,” the Liverpool boss said.
“It may not be a coincidence that I texted him because I think he is a very wonderful, honest and polite colleague.
“Didn’t they replace (Column) Wilson? You don’t need to sympathize with a manager with so many great players on his team. But in general, I think I like him. I don’t think it would be a surprise to anyone if he would lead the England national team in the end.
Liverpool went to St James Park for an almost wild atmosphere with the fanbase, angering Starman that he was being seduced by the Premier League champions.
“If that’s possible,” Slot said when asked if the atmosphere was more hostile. “The last time we played was so intense, so when Newcastle plays a home game, it actually always happens, not to mention night games.
“It’s always like that, it’s very intense, so I don’t know if that’s an extra reason for them. I don’t even know if that’s what the players and managers are thinking.
“Of course, social media and people write a lot, but is this really something the players are thinking and the managers are thinking? I don’t know. I have no clue.”
After a failed £110 million bid, the game feels that Liverpool will not be able to move again for ISAK. Slot hopes another attacker has been brought in after selling Darwin Nunes and Luis Diaz along with the tragic loss of Diogo Jota.
However, he insists that after Ekitike and Florian Wiltz’s signatures, he is sufficient for the attack. “That’s the answer, yeah” was Slot’s reaction when asked to make sure he was happy with his team.
Still, I feel that tonight will be another chapter of the Liverpool story from Liverpool and a fixture for the Crunch Premier League.
