Alejandro Garnacho is expected to leave Manchester United this summer, and the winger is sure to become a Chelsea player before the transfer window closes
Alejandro Garnacho is sure he will be a Chelsea player by the end of the transfer window. Chelsea still has a long way from Manchester United’s rating of over £40 million, but he considers it to be one of his major targets to hit the market for just a week.
Bruce squealed United about a swap deal that could involve Christopher Nukank and Tyrique George, but there was no progress.
Chelsea Value Garnacho is close to £30 million and United ultimately sees the Argentine starlet as a £50 million talent, but realistically it runs out of time and isn’t featured in Reuben Amorim’s plans.
However, despite the uncertainty, Garnacho was well aware of Chelsea’s strong interest, which led him to turn down other possibilities, including a loan approach from Bayern Munich.
Chelsea will need to bring Nkunku and Nicolas Jackson to the market, while Raheem Sterling will be available for loans.

Garnacho was expelled from the match-day team in the first two games of the season, not part of United boss Amorim’s first team plan this season.
Garnacho is currently part of Old Trafford’s four-man bomb squad, and United are trying to find a buyer for them while Jadon Sancho, Antony and Tyrell Malacia are also on the sidelines. “Of course, it’s not ideal for senior players to train away from the first team group,” an insider told Miller Football.
“But the situation remains the same until an offer is received that meets our ratings. Some clubs may feel happy to do business at any price, but that is not the case.
“The manager says if they are still a united player when the window closes, they’ll try to reintroduce one or all of them into their team.
Marcus Rashford was also part of the bomb squad, but he joined Barcelona last month on loan, and they agreed to cover his wages in full. The deal also includes the option to buy a forward for £30 million.
