Viktor Gyoker made his Arsenal debut in Sunday’s victory at Manchester United.
Mike Arteta acknowledged that Arsenal marked Manchester United on Sunday as having “a little more time” at Old Trafford, and that they need to work with Victor Gyoker to improve their role in the press system.
The Swedes made their debut for the gunners and helped them claim a victory at Old Trafford in the opening game of the Premier League. Gyokeres is Arsenal’s Marquee Summer Singing and has participated in more than £60 million deals from Sporting Lisbon.
He now needs to embed himself in the Arsenal system, and Arteta confessed that his work from the ball needs to be focused on Sunday after seeing United dominate a massive period. Gyoker couldn’t find the net, but the chance turned out to be premium.
Arsenal has played without a recognized striker for a long time over the past 18 months, and often uses someone as a fake nine, while the 27-year-old needs fine-tunes to suit the style of the team, but some people lead the line in the traditional way.
Arteta said in his debut: “Well, he did something very good, especially with the high press and rhythm we demand, and you can see that he gave him a bit of time, especially in the first half.

“Then, in the final action situation, he didn’t have much chance of doing that because in the previous action, he had to play the final ball, so the line was still standing on a 40-meter play.
Gyoker has been one of Europe’s most prolific strikers in the last two years, scoring nearly 100 times the sport in the last two years. However, his statistics in Manchester did not make a great reading before his afternoon was prematurely finished.
The new signature had 21 touches, only four of the nine passes completed and was unable to register a single shot on the target. His touch came to the opposition penalty area before his debut came to the end of the time mark with Kai Herberts, which was brought to his place.
Arsenal ultimately decided to pursue Gyoker’s move, which is in front of Benjamin Sesco. The Slovenian came out of the bench, but was unable to find the equalizer his new team was looking for.
