Manchester United are ready to sell Alejandro Garnacho in Chelsea, which they are about to sign him, but they need the funds and as a result they have rejected Christopher Nukank’s loan approach
Bayern Munich failed in a loan bid to land Christopher Nukank. This was rejected by Chelsea as they attempted to raise funds for Alejandro Garnacho’s pursuit.
The Manchester United winger is one of two forwards looking at the blues alongside RB Leipzig’s Zabi Simons. As a result, they are not trying to sanction the temporary exit that saw them reject German approaches against the French.
The people of Old Trafford are willing to sanction Garnacho’s departure as Argentina has lost its favor. The player himself is keen to leave to rekindle his career and sees Stamford Bridge as an ideal destination.
However, his move is conditioned on the merry-go-round of transfers Chelsea needs to raise capital to continue recruiting. As a result, they told Bayern they wanted to bring Nkunku back to Bundesliga, but they only want permanent sales, The Times reports.
Bayern is interested in nkunku as they need to bolster their attacks after Kingsley Coman was sold to Al Nassle on Friday. However, given that they and Chelsea want two different deals, the current move is unlikely.

Inter Milan is also thought to be interested in nkunku, but once again they are said to need to pursue a permanent move. Leipzig previously had an approach but considering the players have not played in the Champions League this season, they are not interested in returning to their previous clubs.
Nkunku remains on the contract for four years after joining the Blues in the summer of 2023. He made a £52 million switch from Leipzig after scoring 58 times in two seasons. For Chelsea, he scored just 18 times in 62 games.
United are keen on sales Garnacho and are preparing for an offer from Chelsea. It is beneficial for the people of Manchester as Argentina, a graduate of the academy, represents pure profits and supports PSR figures.
Jadon Sancho is another player who wants to offload. He doesn’t seem to have much of a future in Old Trafford, like Garnacho, but he has turned down his move to Rome. The Italian was willing to pay £17 million, but the winger is still waiting to review his options, which are linked to several clubs.
