Rasmus Hojlund appears to be out for Manchester United after the arrival of three new attackers this summer, and he has been removed from the team due to a loss to Arsenal
AC Milan confirmed his interest in Rasmus Hojlund, but there are two major hurdles to overcome. Milan sports director Igli Tare told Mediaset: “Hozilund is a good option for us. We’re thinking about him, but we don’t know what will happen in the transfer market.”
The Italian giant is also interested in Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic, but the club has reached a stalemate over fees and his contract. That’s the reason behind Manchester United’s interest in Misfit Hoilund, but Milan is still facing a fight to convince the Danish striker to give up on Old Trafford.
United boss Reuben Amorim admits that Hodzilund was left to open the club with Arsenal, and he now has to choose to stay and fight for his place and leave.
United are keen to sign a deal to balance the book after spending £200 million on the new advance line of Benjamin Sesco, Brian Mbeumo and Matthew Cunya.

That means it was a huge hit with 22-year-old Hojlund, who joined from Atalanta for an astounding £72 million in August 2023.
However, Hojlund is struggling badly with Old Trafford, and although he is surplus to the requirements, he may be reluctant to leave United on a permanent deal – they hope to be close to £35 million – but will entertain the loan as well.
Vlahovic is Milan’s No. 1 target, and Juventus is ready to offload him, but it remains to this day whether that deal can be rekindled.
There is a belief that Milan may ultimately prefer Vlahovic, but he is unhappy with their attempts, but he is still a big option nonetheless.
Now that applies to Hozilund, who did enough in Italy to convince United to sign him.
Meanwhile, Rome is threatening to pull the plug in Jadon Sancho’s £20 million deal. The Italian giant is eager to Manchester United’s misfit, but is ready to give him an ultimatum after getting frustrated with negotiations.
Sancho, 25, is surplus of requirements at Old Trafford, and has agreed to a £20 million deal on loans with obligation to purchase England International. However, Sancho’s £250,000 a week wage was a major fixture as the winger didn’t want to get a financial hit.
It also manifests itself through long-standing negotiations that he has made some reservations about his move to Italy and another loan move after lending it to Chelsea and former club Borussia Dortmund during a nightmare spell at United.
