As the fourth official signaled for additional time, Ramin Yamal passed over to the ball coming out of the Levante defender’s head, the ball ended behind the net, completing a comeback for Hanshiflic’s side.
Despite not taking part in the impressive rally in the second half, Rashford was completely present with the team, sending positive messages following the game, proving teamwork and unity came first for Manchester United men.
Posting some action shots from the match on Instagram late Saturday night, the 27-year-old captioned, “Team Spirit on! Vamos Equipo.”
This appropriate statement on Instagram shows Rashford’s willingness to put his team first ahead of his personal goals and desires for his career. The simple caption highlights the possibility that the forward will throw a tantrum when he comes out under the direction of a flick without complaints regarding the 90-minute or 90-minute team selection.
When asked why Rashford was omitted from the second half of the game, the Barcelona boss praised his contribution to the star’s side. However, Flick admitted that something different would be needed to make a comeback on the stifling Levante side.
