New Tottenham Hotspur boss Thomas Frank is “season sign,” says Joe Cole after his victory over Manchester City.

TNT Sports expert Joe Cole considers Tottenham Hotspur manager Thomas Frank “signature of the season” after leading back-to-back wins to open the Premier League season.

Brennan Johnson gave the visitors the lead in the 35th minute, before a disastrous distribution from city goalkeeper James Trafford.

“There could have been five or six guys in the match. It was great. Thomas Frank really shows his worth. I think it’s a great coup.

However, there were no signs of that on Saturday afternoon as visitors controlled the end of the game.

Cole’s fellow TNT Sports expert Karen Carney believes Frank’s side has produced perfect performances on the road.
